Joe and Kaitlyn Tepe (interviewed by Dusty Johnson)
Mark Reinertson
A true Eugene native, Mark actually still lives in the house where he was born and raised. Mark is a life-long learner with a strong work ethic, only surpassed by his desire to help people in need. He worked many years delivering oxygen and medical equipment to people with whom he became very close. He more recently opened a coffee/espresso/pastry cart at the Goshen exit off I-5. Mark is married to Rose and they have three adult children.
Jessy D’Eliso
Jessy was raised most of her life in Portland Oregon. She grew up playing softball which led her to Humboldt to play in college. After moving to Eugene in 2013 she went through the baking program at LCC and is now working at The Market of Choice. Jessy’s mother (Debbie Shinkle) and brother (Pastor Mike D’Eliso) also attend CitySalt.
Joe and Kaitlyn Tepe - Collegiate Christian Fellowship
Joe was born and raised in the Bay Area. Kaitlyn is a Eugene native. Joe enjoys the scientific intricacies of coffee, while Kaitlyn graciously tries Joe’s "coffee experiments". Joe served as FBC’s college pastor for 6 years. Kaitlyn serves as an executive for Cascade Health and was recently recognized as one of Eugene’s "20 Under 40 Rising Business Stars". They have been married for 7 years and enjoy creating memories together like date nights and traveling internationally.
