Isaac and Sarah come to the United States every couple of years to raise support and visit their ministry friends who support their ministry. Bill presently serves as the North Pacific District Missions Connection based in Portland, Oregon. He advises and supports Isaac’s ministry by networking churches in Oregon for this ministry outreach. "SIN | David and Bathsheba" by Dusty Johnson
Listen along as Pastor Dusty shares this message about King David and asks the question, "How does the man after God's own heart, end up being the man after another man's wife?" This message is based in 2 Samuel 9-12 and is certainly relevant to our current #MeToo movement as leaders are facing issues around what Dusty refers to as the "PP problem" in the United States (Penis+Power=Potential Problem). Dusty challenges Christ followers to pay attention to the condition of our own souls so that we don't end up suffering from consequences of our choices that are not in line with who God is calling us to be.
Britni D'Eliso also shares about the difference between guilt and shame in the wrap up of the message.

This series aims to cultivate a new appreciation for the variety of ways God demonstrates His love and commitment to mankind throughout the overarching bible narrative threaded through OT stories of David that take us through many relevant topics and ultimately point to Jesus.
